Our story

Ancestral flavours, contemporary experiences

Founded in 2016, Microgreens blends ancestral know-how with culinary innovation, honouring the heritage of generations of farmers with gourmet products that elevate the dining experience.

Our edible flowers bring delicacy, our microgreens burst with colour and our aromatic plants fill the palate with aroma. We are the bridge between tradition and the cutting edge: unique culinary experiences for the most demanding palates.

Today: from seed to plate

Every micro plant is the result of meticulous work. We select the seeds best suited to our climate, carefully prepare a safe, nutrient-rich growing medium, and sow evenly at just the right depth.

During germination we keep a close eye on humidity and temperature. We harvest at the precise moment, when they reach their peak of flavour and texture; then every harvest is carefully washed, disinfected and packed so it reaches your table full of life.
